We manufacture Ceramic Runners and Ceramic Strip used for holding of heating element strip in Industrial Ovens. Ceramic Runner - 4 Holes.
These types of Runners are of small size and has 4 equal distant holes on its body for passing and holding of heating element. 2 small holes are provided at each end for screws, so that this runner can be fixed in ovens at any desired position suiting customers.

These types of Runners are of small size and has 4 equal distant holes on its body for passing and holding of heating element. Here instead of screw arrangement, a flat body has been provided at the base. These types of runners are mostly fitted by sliding them in between channels which hold them tightly.

We make Ceramic rectangular Muffles used in Muffle Furnaces. These Ceramic Muffles are used for baking, pre-heating or melting of small objects inside it and other such testing purposes.

Working :
Heating element in shape of coil or strip is wound on outer side of muffle and object to be melted or heated is kept inside the muffle. The heating coil imparts heat which gets absorbed and transmitted to the object through the muffle.

Our Muffles are straight wall muffles enabling in easy installation and better working. These muffles have very high thermal conductivity which enables maximum heat transfer from coils to objects inside muffles and can attain high temperatures without thermal shocks.

We manufacture Ceramic Insulators used for making various types of Industrial Heaters.

These Insulators have equidistant holes which help in holding and passing of heating wires or elements. These Ceramic Insulators are used for making more robust types of heaters.

Ceramic Insulators are manufactured in normal Ceramic material for temperatures upto 900^oC and in High Alumina composition for temperatures upto 1400^oC.

We offer to our client specially designed Ceramic Spiral Bobbin used for making Industrial Heaters. These Spiral Bobbin have unique structure on its body which help in holding the heating element. It can take temperatures upto 1400^oC.

We are currently manufacturing spiral bobbin in 2 sizes of 32mm Dia and 42mm Dia. Other sizes can be manufactured as per customer€™s requirement.

These Spiral Bobbin are convenient to use and replace while in maintenance.

We also manufacture for our customers Ceramic Heater Discs. These Ceramic Heater Discs are used for manufacturing various Type of Heaters used in various Heating applications. Heaters made from these type discs are usually of bigger sizes and bulky but are useful when heat is to be dissipated to a larger area inside the furnace. These discs can take temperatures upto 1400^oC.

We make Heater discs from 50mm dia to 150mm dia having various hole arrangement for holding heating element. Special types of discs can also be manufactured as per customers requirement.

We manufacture Special types of Ceramic Bricks. These types of Ceramic Bricks are used in lining on inside surface of Industrial Furnaces.

The main purpose of these types of bricks is to support heating elements. Their unique design helps in forming different shapes or arrangement in lining thus supporting or holding even complex types of heating coils.

These Ceramic Bricks have high alumina content - more than 60%, due to which it can be used in furnaces of temperature upto 1400^oC.

We manufacture Ceramic Comb bricks used in Industrial Furnaces. These Bricks are unique in design and are used for holding and passing of Heating element in Industrial furnaces.

Comb bricks are easy to install and replace while in maintenance and can be used in any position according to complex designs of heating element.

Thermocouple assembly is used for measuring unknown temperature of bodies in this case industrial furnaces or Industrial Ovens. Thermocouple consists of 2 different types of metals joined to form 2 junctions. One junction is exposed to heat of the furnace with help of Ceramic one end closed tube and other junction is connected to the sensor where temperatures are calculated.

Ceramic One end closed tube holds the junction of the thermocouple which is exposed to high temperature and also acts as insulator between thermocouple and furnace body. These Thermocouple tubes are made up of good quality raw material having high alumina content enable it to work at very high temperature. These ceramic tube have high thermal conductivity hence helping in more accurate results of Thermocouple.

Thermocouple head acts as junction for thermocouple wires. It houses a ceramic Junction block through which the thermocouple wire passes and goes to sensors and control panel.

These Ceramic Fiber and SS Stud Lining method is used now a days in place of conventional Ceramic Brick Lining method.
