The final ohmic value is achieved to close tolerances by uniformly helixing on precision imported machines using low IRV, to ensure high stability and long life. The lead wires are welded to the end caps with Electro Tinned Copper wire, weld strength tested online, pulsed to withstand short term overload, coated with multiple layers of epoxy and colour coded with four colour bands (E-24 Series) to international standards.
