Our quality department ensures that our customers receive high specification tooling that would be functionally right. The Quality team oversees every function, right from design to manufacturing to format parts testing in our specifically designed assemblies.
Our Quality Control department has 3 divisions - one to check the receiving material, the second division to look after the process level inspection and a third division that takes care of the final inspection after the Assembly.
Internal auditing of our systems is done by quality team regularly to ensure that the laid Quality policies are strictly adhered to. We are enabled to provide Material of Construction (MOC) certificates, setting charts, validation documents etc. for the supplied format parts. Our quality department ensures proper raw materials and components are procured. Also, quality of stage wise operations in manufacturing, assembly are thoroughly checked and certified to ensure that trouble free product is delivered to the customer.
As an added step to increase the quality standards, we have set up a testing facility which further ensures that the final product delivered to customer meets their exact requirement.
