High Cycle Resonant Fatigue Testing Machines

Resonant type fatigue testers have tremendous advantages over servohydraulic testing machines in the field of high cycle fatigue testing. They are faster, consume much less power (<500 W) and are maintenance free since they do not require hydraulics or power packs. 

They are separated into a static and a dynamic part so that mean loads other than zero can be applied. These machines can also go through zero and perform tension-compression testing.
They are ideal for testing metallic samples in the plastic region and components such as connecting rods, crankshafts, chains, rebars, turbine blades etc. They are also ideal for fatigue crack growth testing. 
The frequency drop mechanism provides for a method to monitor failure of the specimen that is not possible using a servo hydraulic machine. These machines do not require a COD gauge for pre-cracking CT specimen.
The control system is the latest available and incorporates a Digital Signal Processor at its core. The software is based on Labview and is specifically designed for these machines allowing even relatively inexperienced operators to use the machines with little training.

Automatic Shore and IRHD Hardness Testing Machines: Model Digitest II

The Digitest II is modular machine which consists of a measuring, pick up bracket, test stand and measuring unit. 
The Digitest II can be used to check hardness as per various Shore and IRHD scales by interchanging the measuring head. 
The fully automatic testing cycle removes operator influence on test results.
The electronic unit automatically recognizes the measuring head which is attached to pick up bracket. The parameters for that particular hardness scale are automatically set by the machine depending on the standard protocol.
The Hysteresis property of a component can be checked using the IRHD Micro hardness measuring head.
The machine can be supplied with manual and automatic O ring centring fixtures for the quick centring of O rings in cases where the quantity of O rings to be tested is very high.

1. Schobb Type Pendulum Rebound Testing Machines:

The Digitest II Schobb type pendulum rebound tester is used for the determination of the resilience elasticity of elastomers, soft elastic foams and similar materials during shock or impact.

Construction:

- The machine consists of a solid base to isolate vibrations and absorb impact. It consists of a specimen holder or anvil which is attached to an adjustable vernier to set the sample thickness.

- The hammer can be attached to the pendulum which is released from a position which is parallel to the ground.

- The high precision and quality bearings ensure very little bearing friction and helps in giving an accurate test result.

Low Temperature Testing Machines

1. Temperature Retraction Testing Machines:

The TR-tester, is used for the determination of low temperature characteristics by the temperature retraction procedure according to ISO 2921.

The TR-tester is computerized and performs the test automatically after the cooling media has been cooled and the sample has been mounted. An automatic release of the samples, after the pre cooling period, is included.

The computer controls the temperature rise and measures the length change of the samples. The result is displayed as TR10, TR30, TR50 and TR70.

The result can also be presented as a table with length change versus temperature. The TR-values and the table values can be exported to other software as spread- sheets, for presentation as diagrams.

We also supply the machine with Liquid Nitrogen automatic cooling facility.

. Cabinet Oven: Model EB 04 and EB 10

Cabinet Ageing ovens for precision ageing of rubbers and plastics under controlled conditions. EB 04 and EB 10 are shelf ovens and conform to ISO 188, ISO 3383, IEC 811 and technical equivalent standards. They designed to give very low temperature variations in time and space, low air speed and controlled air exchange rate. This is achieved by using an inner chamber with a controlled air flow.

1. Stress Relaxation Testing Machines :

The Relaxation equipment for continous measurement in both compression and tension meets the requirements in ISO 3384 and ISO 6914. It can be supplied with the Draught Hood, to eliminate variations in force measurement due to temperature and air effects.

The relaxation rigs are used in combination with the cell oven EB 01 or EB 07 when testing at elevated temperatures. The cell oven EB 01 can accommodate four rigs at one temperature. In the cell oven EB 07, three rigs can be placed at three different temperatures.

Tests can be performed in tension and compression

We can also supply special fixture for performing the relaxation tests in liquid medium.

Visual Inspection Machines

The visual inspection and sorting machine being supplied by us are manufactured at Italy. 

What is Artificial Vision?

It is a system based on a camera, which is the eye, and an image processor, which is the brain.
The camera incorporated in the machine is equivalent to the human eye, but much more powerful and sensitive. 
The images we “see” are perceived by millions of optic nerves and each of them “captures” a tiny fraction of the image and stores it.
In the  camera, the film quality is related to ASA and the more the number of “points”, the best the resolution of the picture.
In a camera the “frame” quality depends on the number of points used to store the image. These points are the pixels, which form the electronic film of the camera. 
The CCDs (Charge Coupled Devices) are usually small in size, 5x7mm for example, and contain thousands, millions of pixels depending on the the instruments quality.
The pixel when hit by light reflected off the surface of the specimen, generates electric tension which is transformed to a mathematical number.
This number is processed by the computer software back to the image of the sample being analysed. And that is how we come to the brain of the machine which is the processor and the software.

Lite D
The Lite D is an Automatic sorting system composed of two tables which enable the pieces to be checked on both sides. 
The pieces will be loaded in a bulk and then separated in different bins, into good parts (in the tolerance range) and scraps, at the end of each inspection cycle. 
The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances required and as a result, he obtains a complete report of the good parts, the scrap details and the counting for each type. 
The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and traceability of the inspected batches.
