The modular Laboratory Instruments tables are designed to accommodate the instruments / laboratory equipment's as per their size and application. Provision of electrical outlets may be made at regular intervals if needed. Keyboard facility and CPU shelf are the optional components for the instruments attached to computer. Utilities for water and other gases can be incorporated as per the requirements.

Center Table (chemical lab furniture) / Island Bench is designed to work from both the sides of the table. This will have Reagent Bottle Racks above the table with electrical outlets if required. It could be provided with Sink Units and other utility services as per the need.

It is like Double Analytical Table (DAT), but to be used from one side of the table. Also, corners are fully utilized as storage space.

The Writing Tables are used in the office area within the lab. Like Manager's cabin, Chemist's Table, Meeting Table and Conference Table. This can have side tables for filing purpose in case required. The laminated / post-formed bench tops are preferred with keyboard drawer.

Conventional (Constant Volume):
This is a proven model operated on Constant Volume principle. In this model, majority air enters through the opening of sash. Exhaust volume remains constant. This is very popular and economical model used in general low hazard applications.

Constant Volume by Pass Air:
These types of lab Fume Hoods have the same design as conventional fume hoods but will have slots or louvers on the top front panel. Hence, the air bypasses through the slots as the sash is lowered down or closed. There is a sure intake of air either in closed or open sash position. This redistribution of air prevents high velocity streams inside the hood, which may cause turbulence and compromise chemical fume containment.

Walk-in type of Fume Hoods are designed to work with the taller assemblies like 20Ltr, 50Ltr etc. where scientist walks-in to perform bigger assembly applications. The sash in this model is operated horizontally.

Anti-Vibration Table (AVT) stops floor vibrations transferring to the instruments. This can be used for the sensitive instruments like balance; galvanometer etc. in case the fourth digit reading is required.

Just before the Micro lab or in the clean area, the need of 'SS dress cabinet / apron cabinet' is must. This 'Dress Cabinet' will accommodate the fresh aprons. Some apron cabinets will have a space for disposed caps and shoe covers depending upon the requirements.

In micro area, 'SS Change over Bench' is commonly used. This will have a tailor made dimension and design suitable to the user.

Aakar provides personalized lockers (in powder coated steel & SS) for girls' and boys' change rooms. It may be provided with in-built shoe rack facility on request. The staff can have their personal security by putting their own lock.

The Cupboard (in Powder coated steel & SS) in the lab is made for the storage of reagents / chemicals / glass ware etc. The cupboard may be provided with internal FRP or PP lining for highly corrosive chemicals if required.

Slotted Angle Rack (in Powder coated steel) is a solution of managing the storage space in Chemical store and Retain sample room. Its strong and sturdy construction is safe to store heavy objects too. Optionally, closed chemical storage cabinets shall be available for storage of vapor realizing chemicals. This cabinet shall have facility at the top to be connected to your exhaust system.

Wall Storage is preferred to prevent occupying floor space within the lab. The storage of related items on the wall above the table helps minimizing the handling time and person's movement. Also, it increases the comfort in day to day routine job.

We provide Water Taps and Needle Cone Valves in brass body and powder coated with ABS plastic knobs. Laboratory needs these utilities for Water, Nitrogen, Compressed Air and Vacuum, LPG etc above the tables and in the Fume Hoods. The valves are available indigenous or imported as per customers'
preference.

Nature of work inside the lab will decide the Material of Construction (MOC) of the sink bowl. Aakar provides Sink Bowl in SS, Porcelain, FRP and PP.
