“VALTECH” robust design Three-way change over Valves with safety gland packing in flange design is manufactured with reference standard BS-1873 and can be supplied in Carbon Steel (ASTM-A-216 Gr. WCB), Stainless Steel (ASTM-A-351 Gr. CF8M/CF8/CF3/CF3M) and low temperature steel or any other material as per requirement.

USES

”VALTECH” change-over valves allows essential maintenance work to be carried out on a safety valve, without interruption of the plant operation, simply by changing over to the relevant stand by valve, thus protecting the plant against excessive overpressure.Plants are protected against undue excess pressure by switching over to the relevant standby safety valves. Full blow off capacity is maintained when the change-over-valve switches over from one side to the other. When using change-over-valves in tandem, both hand wheels are linked via a chain wheel in order to assure simultaneous operation.

WCB, Cast Alloy Steel like ASTM-A-217 Gr. WC-6 / WC-9; and Cast Stainless Steel like ASTM-A-351 Gr. CF-8, CF-3, CF-8M & CF-3M. Size range starts from 40 NB through 900NB and pressure rating 125# & 150#.

“VALTECH” 150# ANSI Flanged “Y” Strainers are Available in Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. A machined, Tapered seat ensures a perfect fit for the removable, Stainless steel screen. 2" and larger come complete with Flanged blow-off cover, gasket & plug. 1 1/2" and smaller Come complete with solid threaded cover and gasket. May Be installed in vertical or horizontal pipelines with blow-off connection at the lower end of the screen..

“VALTECH” robust design, Jacketed Gate Valves are designed and manufactured with reference to standard API 600 for Pipelines 50NB and above. They are available in Butt-weld and FLANGED ends. Hard Faced Trim material ensures perfect Sealing and longer life. Lapped Back Seat is provided to ensure re-packing/replacing of Gland Packing in stream, when the Valve is in full open condition which ensures maximum safety, convenience and economy. If required, Valves can be offered under any THIRD PARTY INSPECTION .
