nduction Heat Systems to solve Ongoing Preheating & Stress Relieving Problems
ProHeat 35 Induction Heat System is simple and cost-effective heating process that can be applied in the following applications to deliver fast and consistent heat:
[proheat] Welding fabrication and construction;
Preheating of welds;
Post-weld heat treatment;
Coating removal; and
Shrink Fit.
Maintaining a consistent position of the torch over the weld joint is absolutely critical for automated welding. Tactile seam tracking employs an electromechanical probe that is mounted ahead of the torch. The probe has a tip that rides in the weld joint and when deflected causes the motorized slides to respond vertically or horizontally. The tactile seam tracker can be used to initially find the weld joint, then track the joint while welding, and retract the torch up and away from the part at weld completion.
The Arc Voltage Control maintains precise arc length by controlling arc voltage thus assuring high quality welds time after time on AC or DC applications. The control measures arc voltage and compares the measurements to the operator setting. It maintains the set arc length by moving the torch up or down as required via a motorized slide.
The HWP-50D Hot Wire Process is used where high deposition rates, combined with high quality are needed. Used with the GTAW or PAW welding process, the wire is electrically preheated before it enters the weld pool. The system can be used for the surfacing or the joining of ferrous and non ferrous alloys
The Little Torch has unmatched flexibility – it can be used with several fuels including acetylene, hydrogen, propane or natural gas. It produces a perfectly controlled, completely stable flame hot enough to melt commercially weldable metals, glass and even ceramics. I-Purge™ Modular Inflatable Bladder System, the most advanced and versatile solution for pipe purging, enables to accomplish a number of different purge requirements with one interchangeable solution. It is equipped with Quick Connect Fittings, components easily snap on and off in seconds! With the Isolator™ Adaptor Kit, a one sided plug can be created to close off the end of a pipe for servicing, cleaning, inspection or sealing. The Proprietary Relief Valve Technology enables the system to inflate at a precise rate. I-Purge Modular Systems are available in sizes 2 – 36 (51 – 914 mm) and can be customized to suit your specific purging requirement.
[Pro-Ox-100] The “Pro OX® -100 Kit” is a durable, battery powered instrument that accurately measures oxygen concentration with 0.1%(1000ppm) with 0.01%(100ppm)resolution. The “Pro OX® -100 Kit” Kit is ideally suited for high purity welding where evacuation of oxygen is paramount. Prior to welding, the pipe will be pre-purged to displace oxygen with an inert gas. Constant monitoring of the oxygen level is necessary until it is ascertained that the oxygen has been evacuated to 0.1%(1000ppm) with 0.01%(100ppm) to enable the commencement of welding to prevent oxidation, discoloration and coking. The “Pro OX® -100 Kit” accurately measures low concentrations of oxygen in purged tubing and high purity weldments, ensuring a high quality finish.
