Hot Sprue Technology is used in the hot chamber process with alloys of zinc, magnesium, lead and tin.

The old cold sprue bush in the die is replaced by a new electrically heated hot sprue kit.

Hot Sprue Technology enables you to:-

eliminate the re-melt waste from the sprues
reduce runner size
improve flow into the die
improve part quality
