This marine plywood can take extreme changes in temperature, humidity and alternate wetting and drying. It is strong enough to resist fungal and micro bacterial attacks too. It undergoes permanent preservative treatment by impregnation plant with minimum retention of 12kg/m3 of copper chrome arsenic composition as specified in IS : 5539 This product is best recommended for built or repairing of ships, boats and other type of shipping activity. This product is available in all standard sizes and thickness.
 

Our flexi premium quality ply is manufactured from hard wood species, bonded with gurjan special synthetic resin. Kiln seasoned stiles and rails are preservative treated to improve its natural durability. Superior grade phenol formaldehyde resin manufactured at our own resin plant provides 100% boiling water Resistant bonding.                   Like all our products, each is finished to perfection to provide long lasting, dependable performance. Regular tests are carried out as per IS 2202 for confirming the unbeatable quality.

 Shuttering ply is a densified, strong and durable product. It is strong enough to withstand the load of concrete and vibration created while pouring the concrete. It is made from veneers of selected hardwood to give the product high strength & stiffness to withstand abrasion. The selected veneers are then bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde resin under controlled temperature and pressure to obtain a BWP bond which is highly resistant to cold and boiling water and rapid changes in weather conditions.                                                                                                             Size & Thickness : It is available in 8X4 ft sizes and in the thickness of 12, 16 & 19mm. Customized solution are also provided in case of special requirement. 

Weight : Starting from 23kg, we have 28kg & 30kg in the Semi-Densified range and 34kg 36kg in Densified. The super Densified Stallian Shuttering Ply Weight 38 kg.   The life of Shuttering Ply can be greatly enhanced if certain guidelines are followed as below mentioned : Calculate the consumption well in advance.
