The system will be kept over hopper of compactor machine. System with 01 nos. conveying hopper, with control panel and vacuum source.
As mention the material will suck from the bottom of IPC and load the filling machine hopper through conveying system. After compaction same system can also suck the material from IPC and again load the hopper.
Our Conveying System will connect with Vacuum Rated Sifter & RMG and suck the material from Bag/Drum or container and charge the material directly in to RMG via Inline Sifting. On the other hand the convey receiver will kept in process area near to RMG and vacuum source will kept in service area. Operating panel will be near to conveying system.
If the RMG is made of SSPM then it is in Vacuum Rated design, but if you are going to use your existing RMG then you need to confirm the design of RMG that can sustain the 300 to 400 mm/hg Vacuum.

SSPM- Loading and accumulating turntables are manufactured with stainless steel frames that add durability and stability to the design of the turntable. Variable Frequency AC Drive is connected to motors on turntables that allow the operator to control the speed at which the turntable top rotates to meet production needs.
Loading turntables are manufactured with an adjustable bottle guide structure that moves the containers to the outer side for loading onto a take away conveyor. Standard turntables are manufactured with a height of 900 mm. The turntable levelling legs can be adjusted to change the height by approximately 50 mm in either direction.
SSPM- Automatic Linear Piston Filling machine is extremely flexible filler, capable of volumetrically filling low viscosity (thin) liquids into high viscosity (thick) liquids or creams with or without particulates. The product delivery from the bulk tank to the pistons can be configured with either a buffer tank with level-sensing float or through the manifold with direct draw or recirculation methods.
The conveyor is equipped with Variable speed AC motor drive. It will allow the operator to control conveying speed to meet production needs. The conveyor speed may vary from product to product or container to container for a number of reasons, such as the container size or shape, rinse times or fill times. The motor controller keeps the conveyor at a constant speed and makes changes to speed in a quick and simple manner. The conveyors can be custom manufactured in any length and design necessary for your packaging or conveying system.
Equipment / Systems are optionally configured with advanced programmable logic controller and touch screen based Human Machine Interface. It enables operator friendly controls and high flexibility of productions. PLC system having preset manufacturing data enables the system to stop automatically once the production preset quantity is filled.
SSPM - Cappers are tough stainless steel spindle cappers designed in a way to automatically place and tighten a wide variety of ROPP and Plastic caps onto containers in a sanitary environment. Each tightening spindle is spring loaded and driven by a torque control device for increased disk-to-cap contact and reduced disk wear. This unique design eliminates the need for transmissions, belts, pulleys, and universal shafts which in turn reduces the size of the machine, lowers maintenance time, and expands the capability and adjustability of the capper. The Capper can accommodate standard closure sizes ranging from 10mm – 120mm with additional components/ change parts.

SSPM- Bottle Inspection machine is used for an efficient inspection of transparent filled bottles or vials, also to manually identify and remove defective products. The operator can manually remove bottles/ vials with various defects like visual foreign particle detection, damaged bottle, improper filled bottle, improper capped bottles/ vials.
