Application Procedure :

SpatFree TM – Nozzle creates an Anti-Spatter film on welding gun nozzles Cool the Nozzle gun and remove the impurities Remove spatters around the contact tip and inside the nozzle.

Dip gun nozzle in to SpatFree TM – Nozzle and start work operations.
Brush onto positioners and fixtures. Avoid build up of SpatFree TM – Nozzle in the diffuser by storing the torch in a downward direction when not in use.

Packing : 300 gm bottle and 4 kg jar

Caution : Avoid contact with eyes as the material is slightly discomforting to the eyes. Avoid prolonged skin contact as it may cause drying of the skin. Use in a well ventilated area, however, SpatFree TM – Nozzzle is not normally a hazard due to the non-volatile nature of the product.
