"ALERT" is a portable battery operated device that keeps the Watchman literally on his toes. The Watchman is required to remain on high alert all the time, as he is required to keep pressing a button at regular intervals of 10-15 minutes (or as per the required setting). Every time the Watchman ignores to press the re-set button a buzzer is activated, which pulls the Watchman out of his sluggishness; at the same time his failure is recorded. Incidentally, the sound of the buzzer also scares away any intruder, if he is around due to the inefficiency of the Watchman.

The no. of failures are stored and can be noted when the Watchman reports to the Security Supervisor after the duty hours. After noting the record of failures the Supervisor clears the stored data by operating. A key-switch provided on the device. 

During the non-duty hours the device is connected to the charger, to replenish the batteries. After the batteries get charged the unit is ready for use once again, as soon as the Supervisor switches -on the key-switch.

This is very simple, yet very reliable gadget to check whether your Watchmen did or didn't do his duty diligently. Every Watchmen's daily record of duty is obtained on a paper disc.

Patrol Duty Monitoring System :

 

Security detective a micro-processor based records the movements of the patrolling Security Guards, Maintenance Engineers and other such persons on the move. The portable clocking device is carried by the supervisor from place to place, where the particular station ID NO. & Date is recorded along with the visit and departure time, using the station ID No / Guard ID Cards. This way a double check is kept on the Guards, on duty as well as on the actual visit timings of the Supervisor.

After the patrolling duty is over the clocking device is connected directly to a printer to generate reports. The loaded software generates reports on Route Schedule, Person Wise, Station Wise or Shift Wise. Then unit is connected to the chargers for 2 - 3 hours for re-charging the batteries.
