Jigs bear requisite current from the rectifier to the components and thus are made from material moderately electrically conductive. Brass or the more conductive surface of copper, are generally used for main holding bars.
Functioning
The contact portions are usually spring type; phosphorous bronze, selected out of copper, even titanium or stainless steel, depending upon the current carrying capacity and rigidity to hold components
All these Jigs are customized depending upon variety, shape and quantum of components to compliment tank sizes
Our range of jigs is used also for internal coating on motor-cycle /bicycle rims which requires anodes not only superficially but also internally
