Deovulc Single Accelerators

Deovulc OTOS-80 is a preparation of the sulphena aceelerator OTOS (N-Oxydiethylenethiocarbamoyl-N’ -oxydiethylenesulphenamide) and is supplied as soft granules. Deovulc OTOS-80 enables the dust- and spot-free incorporation of this accelerator. Deovulc OTOS-80 improves the reversion stability as well as the mechanical and dynamical properties of compounds. It has proven to be very effective for antivibration applications (lower compression set, fatigue resistance and oxidative stability).
Deovulc TP 4-75 is a zincdialkyldithiophosphate, absorbed on a silica carrier. Deovulc TP 4-75 is used as an accelerator for nitrosamine-free vulcanizates based on EPDM or diene rubber. Due to its high solubility and light colour it is particularly suitable for the application in light compounds and also enables high dosages without staining or blooming.
Deovulc ATP-70 is an amine activated dithiophosphate, absorbed on a silica carrier system. Deovulc ATP-70 is designed for the rapid cure of EPDM and diene rubber and is generally applied in combination with additional accelerators
