Dulocos has been manufacturing sheet metals pressed parts for the past whole decade. This has been our core activity since our commencement. We make metal parts, pierced, blanked, drawn, notched or any other operation as per the customers requirements.

All pressed tools are manufactured by using the latest machines like the CNC Vertical Machining Center, CNC Wirecut EDM and Spark Erosion EDM. Dulocos has also been manufacturing progressive dies which considerably reduce the manufacturing cost and also the time.

We make the highest quality moulds using state of the art machines, best raw material and cutting tools available in the market. All our moulds are machined on CNC Vertical Machining Center (Deckel Maho, Germany). 

This is an exceptional machine capable of giving high accuracy and surface finish up to 5 microns. We also have trial facility for plastic injection moulds.
