Temperature is controlled via PID based Auto tune temperature controller
Temperature range: ambient to 200°c (Extra on request at extra cost).
Temperature least count 0.1°c with accuracy better than ±1°c.
Pencil type air heaters are fitted on the both temperature zone.
Heating jaws: One jaw is fixed and another jaw is operated with help of pneumatic system.
Jaw width 25 & 15 mm & length 100 mm.
Machine is table top compact model suitable for laboratory environment.
Power requirement: 220volt AC with proper earth + 15Amps.
Other requirement: Moisture free compressed air ¼” connection with pressure range 4-6kg/cm².
