Strainers are the filters which are used for dislodging suspended solids.

ACME FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) Automatic Strainers

Acme FRP Automatic Strainers is an innovative technology and most preferable for Sea Water Filtration. The highly corrosive, salty nature of Sea water tends to deteriorate the quality of metals like SS, CS. Basket Strainer

Basket strainer consist of a removable Screen which can easily be removed from the top.Basket Strainer are used to trap suspended solids and particulate too large to be caught by most filter media. Basket strainer temporarily disrupt a system when cleaning is required.

If disruption to your system is unacceptable, duplex strainers (2 basket strainer arrangement ) allow the system to run without any interruption by redirecting flow to an alternate basket when the other reaches capacity.

Duplex strainer have cleanable basket which trap suspended solids.

Duplex strainer are similar to Basket Strainer. Duplex strainer system usually consists of two separate strainer baskets housed. Duplex Strainer system also contains a valve handle placed between the two baskets to divert the flow of liquid to one strainer while the other is being cleaned. On some Duplex strainer, the valve will work automatically or manual valves can also be used.

Duplex strainer are installed in the pipeline systems where flow cannot be stopped.

Most cost effective, T Type strainer uses perforated wire or mesh to trap unwanted solids from a process stream. T type strainer can be mounted vertically or horizontally in a piping system.T Type strainer are  low cost solution to large nominal bore straining requirements.

T type strainer are commonly used in pipelines to prevent damage of Gauges, pumps, control valves, Flow meters and other process equipment.

Most cost effective, Y strainer uses perforated wire or mesh to trap unwanted solids from a process stream. Y strainer can be mounted vertically or horizontally in a piping system.Y strainer are  low cost solution to large nominal bore straining requirements.

Y strainer are commonly used in pipelines to prevent damage of Gauges, pumps, control valves, Flow meters and other process equipment.

More cost effective, Conical Strainers strainer are temporary Strainers used mostly before start up of a Plant use perforated wire or mesh to trap suspended solids from a process stream.Conical strainers are usually installed horizontally in a piping system.

Conical strainer are commonly used in pipelines to prevent damage of Gauges, pumps, control valves, Flow meters and other process equipment.

Debris Filters can be easily installed directly on the pipeline between the pumps and the upstream equipment, it is capable of filtering a large flow of water. Cartridge filter can be surface or depth-type filter: depth-type Cartridge filter capture particles and contaminant through the total thickness of the medium, while in surface cartridge filters (that are usually made of thin materials like papers, woven wire, cloths) particles are blocked on the surface of the filter. Cartridge Filters are normally applied after Basket Strainers or Prior to Ultrafiltration or Reverse Osmosis.Cartridge filters are also used as CIP for Ultrafiltration & Reverse osmosis Membranes.

Bag filters are categorised under surface Filtration.Bag filters tend to have low equipment investment & operating costs compared to cartridge filters. Single bag filter housings are available in a non-coded industrial design. Available to accommodate one single or double length bag filter in carbon steel, 304L or 316L, FRP. Flow rates up to 55m3/hr are ideal for this model of housing.Bag Filter have variety of applications ranging from water treatment,semiconductor,food & beverage industry,paints,inks,coatings etc.
