Spray Washing Box
Veryclean offer spray wash box for cleaning machine and casted aluminium componets of Radiator before fluxing. This can also be used for nbsp washing other machine componets and press stools. Machine comes with spray pump, uptown motorised movement tray, top, lid timer and temprature control and spray hand gun.
Spray Wash Rins And Dry Systems
Veryclean offer conveyor base spray wash, rins and dry system nbsp for aluminium radiator core preparation before fluxing and welding. nbsp custom required conveyor spray and air knifes between each station to avoid cantamination. High pressure chemicals pump and blowes are used. Stainless steel fabricated air nozzles and ducts are provided.
Radiator Components Degreser
Veryclean offer ultrasonic cleaning and hot water rins drying system. This system con be used on all radiator components after prassing works for removing oil and burnbsp before sending for fluxing. Veryclean offer complete cleaning system with motorised material handling, stainless steel stackable basket. System comes with digital time and temprature controllers and high power ultrasonic tranducers and igbt genrator. Veryclean also offer spray flux application with conveyor. We provide other stainless steel tray fabracation for radiator part washing and handling. PLC controlled system are also offered.
Demineral Water For Parts Washing.
VERYCLEAN offers DM water system . It is economical and easy to use and maintain. DM water system is ideal for aluminum radiator part washing.
It will keep component surface clean and without white residue seen .
System gives 100 Liters per hour fresh water wth less than 5 micron conductivity.Digital indicator for conductivity and PPM ,pre filterspare cartrides 0f 1 micron. pH papers are provided.
For regeneration multi port valves ,chemicals and operation manual is provided.System pays for itself in 6 months.
Radiator Part Washers
Very Clean offers leak test system for radiators.
It works on pneumatic air pressure and pressure booster . Max 40 Bar pressure is provided.
Stainless steel Tank with water and radiator dipping arrangement ,holding clamps are provided.
All the pressure control are digital ,solenoid valve operated and selected by touch screen controller.
Sequence can be programmed by user and results can be printed.

Plant And Machinery
Offering automatic fluxing system for applying flux to articles on a production line basis. The system includes an automatic spray gun with a movable mounting for directing the flux onto articles being presented to the spray gun by a conveyor. The system includes automatic nozzles controls and a flux supply system for the nozzles, particularly adopted for handling corrosive, abrasive and highly viscous fluxes. The flux supple system includes a special pump for continuously circulating flux in the reservoir in addition to continuously suppling flux to the nozzle. The circulating reservoir eliminates the need for flux agitators and also permits the flux to be heated and maintained at a uniform pre-set temprature making the flux supply independent of pump indued temprature variation and of temprature related viscosity changes. Stainless steel conveyor with variable speed form 3 m to 10 m per minute, height and location adjustment for spray nozzle is provided. spray nozzle and ultrasonic cleaner to clean nozzle parts are provided with machine.
