Double Cone Blender

GMP's Double Cone Blenders are versatile machines used for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. These machines have a cylindrical shell with two conical frustums provided with opening for charging and discharging.
 
Salient Features:
  • Available in GMP and Non-GMP model.
  • All Contact Parts are made up of S.S. 316 and Non-Contact Parts are made-up of S.S. 304 / M.S. material.
  • Butterfly valve is provided for discharge.
  • The vessel is mounted on a sturdy tubular stand with bearing blocks & driven through a Gear Box coupled with
    Electrical Motor.
  • The machine is provided with control panel board and safety railing.
  • All joint are welded, ground and polished to mirror finish from inside and matt finish from outside.
Optional:
  • Flame-Proof motor with Flame-Proof ON-OFF Push Buttons.
  • PLC with MMI and VFD can also be provided.
  • Pneumatically operated butterfly valve at discharge.
Capacity Size:
  • From 10Kg. to 500Kg. (30 Ltrs. to 1500 Ltrs.)
