Process
1. Prepress
Prepress is the term used in the printing and publishing industries for the processes and procedures that occur between the creation of a print layout and the final printing. The prepress procedure includes the manufacture of a printing plate, image carrier or form, ready for mounting on a printing press, as well as the adjustment of images and texts or the creation of a high-quality print printing cylinder.
2. Cylinder Preparation
Post degreasing operation, the dynamically balanced base shells are immersed in a formulated nickel solution. This primary layer ensures affinity to copper plating, which is the next stage in this galvanic process.
3. Copper Plating
High purity copper nuggets in perfect electrolyte chemistry ensure that the cylinders are coated to achieve the desired hardness & grain structure.
4.Polishing & Finishing
The polishing and finishing operation engineers these copper plated cylinders to a predetermined circumference with geometrical precision. Precise surface roughness is imparted by stone and band polishing for impeccable print quality.
5. Engraving
Engraving is the practice of incising a design on to a hard, usually flat surface, by cutting grooves into it. The result may be a decorated object in itself, as when silver, gold, steel, or glass are engraved, or may provide an intaglio printing plate, of copper or another metal, for printing images on paper as prints or illustrations.
6. Chrome Plating
Chrome plating, often referred to simply as chrome, is a technique of electroplating a thin layer of chromium onto a metal object. The chromed layer can be decorative, provide corrosionresistance, ease cleaning procedures, or increase surface hardness.
7. Chrome Polishing
The Programmable Logic Controller imparts a controlled roughness to the cylinder surface to facilitate excellent reproduction. The entire galvanic line is connected to an in-house effluent treatment plant and air purification system.
8. Proofing
Proofing checks all the key parameters of the final output design its shades cell depths, accuracy, trapping etc. which eliminates the stop over time of the job on the printing press thus not only saving lot of ink, material but also machine time. All the raw materials used in proofing are up to best of industry standards. Color Densitometer tells the exact strength of the ink printed.
9. Barcode Verification
It is a bridge between printing and scanning of barcodes. It is something more than scanning. Measuring the print quality of a printed barcode and analyze how it will perform in different environments with different types of scanning equipment. Verification of barcodes is the best method of quality control for printing barcodes irrespective of the method of printing and the media or surface on which it is printed.
10. Text and Line Image Check
Digital Page' software is used for text and line image verification. The customer approved data and the output generated are compared digitally and by pixel for any discrepancies a quality endeavour in ensuring perfection.
11. Quality Assurance
It is necessary to check quality of the product at every stage of manufacturing. Quality assurance at every stage gives quality products.
12. Final Product
We deliver final product with proper care. We have established our own space in market.
