APPLICATION : To heat up filters and thereby melting the jammed residual polymers in the filter, in the Filter Cleaning Oven
Steam Super Heater, super heat the require steam 25 Kg. / Hr. from 100° C to 350° C for the above process of Filter Cleaning Oven.
EQUIPMENT :
1250mm DIA x 3245 Height specially designed filter cleaning oven with Insulated Main Cylinder and Bottom Waste Collector rated 16KW / 380V / 3 Phase / 4 Wire / 50 Hz AC with Control Panel in Synchoronization with 9.0KW / 380V / 3 Phase / 4 Wire / 50 Hz / AC Steam Super Heater 1205mm W x 430mm D x 1570mm H. The Control Panel is equiped with Timer, limits switches & interlocks for the complete sequences of ooperation of loading, heating, cooling, unloading cycles of the process.
