Calender Roll Grinding
We specialize in Grinding Calendar Rolls on precision German Roll Grinding Machines, to very close geometric tolerance, resulting in tight control of gauge variation of paper.
Geometric tolerances are:
1) Concentricity : 3 Micron ( depends on Roller construction)
2) Cylindricity : 3 Micron ( depends on Roller construction)
3) Taper : 2 - 3 Micron ( depends on Roller construction)
4) Camber profile : 2 – 3 Micron station to station variation.

• 900 mm X 10000 mm L
• 25 tons weight capacity
