The External Vial Washing Machine is designed to wash the outer surface of round shaped Vials [5ml to 100ml Vials]. This machine washes the outer sides of Vials and eliminates the particles that are formed on the vials, which are previously filled and sealed.
Operation:
From the infeed Turn Table the vials are fed into the External Vial Washing Machine conveyors. The machine consists of two conveyors on which the vials are properly fed and transported from in feed Turn Table for the washing operation. Two operations are carried out on this machine. First the vials are washed by water jet and then dried by air jet. On the sides of the conveyor a set of spray nozzles are fitted on each conveyor for water jet. One set of knifes blocks are provided on each conveyor for air jet The air is sprayed through this knifes. The Knifes are fitted in an inclined manner which ensures that the air that is sprayed reaches each corner of the vial which are previously washed. After washing and drying the vials are guided to the out feed Turn Table. Before reaching the out feed Turn Table a special arrangement is provided to dry the vial from the bottom side. A set of syringes are provided on the sides of each conveyor at the exit end which sprays the air jet on the bottom part of the vial resulting in the drying of the vials This machine is completely operated by PLC. A covering of Acrylic cabinet is provided in the machine which when opened up during the operation immediately stops the supply of water & air and shows the indication with alarm in the PLC.

'Bhagwati High Speed Linear Bottle` Washing Machine is used for washing of Bottle`s and finds wide application in Pharmaceuticals Industries. The automatic loading arrangement facilities loading of Bottle`s on to SS wire mesh conveyor through feed conveyor or Bottle`s are pushed manually from feed table. This saves manpower as Bottle`s are feed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading Bottle` continues on to turn table (Optional).
Operation:
Bottle`s will be pushed from in feed tray and then move on wire woven conveyor belt, which align the Bottle` in correct position, to enter in to the carrier pocket with help of oscillating guide rails. Oscillating arm deliver the Bottle` inside pocket in mouth down position over spraying nozzles. Multijet sprayers fixed at the top cause the total external and internal surface to be washed. To avoid any possible cross contamination between two different waters. Each washing station is provided with an independent circuit. Carrier pocket is moving with indexing motion. When the baskets have completed their motion the needles are lifted. They penetrate the Bottle`s, spraying jets of water or compressed air then return down. The baskets movement then advances by one station. Each station of Bottle`s passes through the washing cycles selected.
The duly washed Bottle`s then delivered to the out feed tray with neck opening upward and then automatically re ordered to a drying and sterilizing tunnel with back pressure.

Automatic Auger Type Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine is a compact model used for filling Dry Syrup Powder in bottles.
Operation
The incoming dry bottle sterilized is fed through the in feed Turn Table with suitably guided on the moving Delran flat conveyor belt at the required speed for feeding. There are two separate filling head mounted on machine top plate in the same line. When bottle reaches to the first filling station, it will be held by the pneumatic bottle holder. Immediately it will be sensed by the bottle sensor as soon as it gets signals from sensor magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft. It will fill the desired amount of powder to the bottle through auger, where rotation time is previously saved in PLC control. After filling of first bottle pneumatic piston goes back and release the first bottle to move on conveyor, By the same time second bottle also moves along with the first bottle in empty condition. In second filling head same operation will be performed but this time second bottle get filled and first bottle moves further for next operation.
The main advantage of this machine is Pneumatic bottle holding system is directly connected with Auger rotation, so till bottle get filled with powder as per set value pneumatic system will not going to release the bottle.

The powder is stored in a hopper which is agitated by pair of mechanical agitators for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density.The powder wheel has eight rotating ports which rotate at pre-determined speed below the powder hopper with practically no clearance. The wheel consists of piston in each port, behind which there is vacuum plate again without any clearance with the help of spring pressure. Description:
The unfiltered liquid is fed into the filter under positive pressure, where liquid travels in downwards direction and finds its way through opening on sides of the Filter Plates. As the liquid pressure increases, the Filter media holds the foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. Filtration is continued until the cake holding capacity of the unit is reached or until the filtrate rate becomes too slow owing to cake resistance.
Horizontal Plate Filter Press is enclosed construction, preventing evaporation, oxidation, leakage and fumes escaping from product.
Filter plates are available in two sizes. Deep plate for large percentage of cake holding capacity and Shallow plate for small percentage of cake holding capacity.
The horizontal filter plate and even thickness of cake, prevents the cake dropping as well as cracking, thus assuring better filtrate quality.

Description:
The Cartridge assembly consists of plates, perforated screens, spacers and fitter media. Interlocking spacers internally form single pipeline. The unfiltered liquid is centrally fed under pressure from bottom inlet. The liquids spreads out equally on each plate fitted with filter media. Solids remain on filter media and clear. filtrate flows through precisely made holes on sides of plates and collects in the shell, which then comes out through the outlet. In this process, solids are evenly distributed on each plate. The cake is then cleaned from the filter material and used again for filtration process.

Application:
Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range application. This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off cantered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The top weight causes vibration in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine which causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis. The angle of lead of the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern. Thus the material moves across the screens and also in the vertical and tangential planes enabling maximum screening.

TOOTHPASTE MANUFACTURING MIXER consists of a Main Manufacturing Vessel also known as Contra Mixer. Contra Mixer as the name suggest works on the principle of Contra rotation of Blades for simultaneous beating and scraping operation. The mixer is highly versatile and mostly used for manufacturing Tooth Paste, Creams, Cosmetics and other viscous products.
The Mixing Assembly consists of series of paddle type blades of appropriate shape to move the material back towards the centre of the container. The paddle type blades are provided on the central shaft which runs through a hollow shaft on which other sets of blades are welded. Both the sets of blades intermeshes with each other and rotates in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction respectively and one sets also scraps the container wall for thorough and uniform mixing of the material.
The mixer is so designed to withstand high vacuum applied during the process for optimum mixing. Contra Mixer is provided with a jacket for cooling or heating as per the application. The vessel shall have a shell of suitable thickness with a hemispherical bottom and flanged top dish made out of S.S. 316 plate. The vessel shall be jacketed with MS jacket ( SS304 jacket provided on extra cost on demand, if required ) of suitable with stiffeners suitable for steam pressure of 4 to 5 Kg/cm2. The jacket shall be insulated with 50 mm thick glass wool insulation and shall be cladded with 16 SWG M.S. or SS304 material. The vessel shall be suitable for 600 to 700 mm of Hg vacuum and internal pressure of 3 Kgs / cm2. Description:
We offer plain and water jacketed type communting mill for pharmaceutical, food and chemical applications. Communiting mill is used to reduce the size of granules. It is equipped with a rotor and sharp blades which rotates in horizontal axis. Our engineers are particular in promoting the quality of our pharmaceutical machines. Simplified machine design, robust construction, 100 percent stainless steel brackets and thrust bearings are some of the features of communiting mill ensuring the quality maintained by our team.
Salient Features :
GMP point of view machine is provided with S.S. cladding on base, S.S. belt guards, S.S. cover on motor. No exposed painted surface on top of the machine. Motor rails, screws and guide rods are chrome plated.
Beaters assembly is in a separate pillow blocks for ease in maintenance. Very less down time, as only beaters assembly will have to be reversed (and not the complete chamber) for making it knife to impact forward or vice-versa which can be done by operator.
Swing type beaters assembly is provided as a standard supply, which increases the output by 10 to 30% and is easy to clean.
Beaters and shaft are of HCHC quality and beaters are further hardened and hard chrome plated. Beaters are fitted on a splined shaft.
Transmission of heat to the chamber from the bearings is minimum as they are away in separate pillow blocks. This facilitates to some extent in processing of heat sensitive products.
Beaters assembly is dynamically balanced which reduces vibration and noise level and increases bearing life.
Castors are provided for mobility and brakes can be applied for fixing machine at one place.

OBSL-300 Automatic Self Adhesive Vertical Labeling Machine is used for labeling of round container which are previously filled and sealed. No change parts are required for change over of container size.
Machine conveyor will receive container from in feed turntable, it will be separated by the feeding roller assembly to maintain the pre determined space between the two container according to the label length and container diameter. Label is placed on the container immediately when it will be sensed by the container sensor, it ensures instant adhesive of label's edge. Then it passes through the pressing unit resulting in precise registration and crease-free application.
It does not require any change parts for change in container diameter or label sizes. It can handle the diameter range from 20 MM to 90 MM and label height from 10 MM to 115 MM, change over can be done with in few minutes, label height from bottom can be also adjustable for different kind of containers

Although there is a wide range of closures available ,the conventional bore sealing has, to date, been the most widely used method of sealing containers .Bore seals are inexpensive to manufacture and are relatively easy to fit. However, bore seals are do not form hermetic , flexible or even reliable seals- they leak. There are three types of closures available, which are either inserted into the neck of or form a combination of two. The effectiveness of this seal can be affected by temperature, natural relaxation & mechanical properties, all of which will cause seal to leak, especially in transit.
Using the Induction Cap Sealing Technology, it's now possible to create alternative, alright, hermetic seals on the necks of containers. The process can produce significant cost savings. The seal is strong, flexible & yet easy to remove, and provides protection against cross contamintaion and an effective tamper-evident layer.

Automatic Single Head Auger Type Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine is a compact model used
for filling of Dry Syrup Powder into bottle. The incoming dry bottle (sterilized and siliconised) are fed through the infeed Turn Table with suitably guided on the moving delrin flat conveyor belt at the required speed for feeding. Filling head is mounted on machine top plate. When bottle reaches to the filling station, it will be hold by the pneumatic bottle holder. Immediately it will be sensed by the bottle sensor as soon as it gets the signals from sensor magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft. It will fill the desire amount of powder to the bottle through auger, where rotation time is previously saved in PLC control. After filling of bottle pneumatic piston goes back and release the bottle to move on conveyor. The main advantage of this machine is Pneumatic bottle holding system is directly connected with Auger rotation, so till bottle get filled with powder as per set value, pneumatic system will not going to release the bottle.

Gravity Filling Machine:
Gravity filling system is simplest and efficient filling system for non carbonated liquids, like vacuum filters, these fillers also maintain same level while filling particular size adjustment and fill by gravity principle. It is used for filling only non carbonated liquids. Gravity fillers are available in options of with and without partial vacuum depending upon applications.
Direct contact of filling tank and filling nozzles both in stainless steel avoids plastic tubings. Thus, no chances of contamination, easy cleaning and change over from one product to another.
Vacuum Filling Machine:

Plate & Frame Type Filter Press is suitable for Kieselguhr / Sheet Filter for Coarse, polishing and Sterilizing filtration duties. The combination of special designed high speed emulsifying head and low speed blade agitator with attached scrapers allows to achieve a high efficiency of mixing & homogenizing process.
The mixture is sucked through the narrow gap between the high speed rotating rotor and fixed stator of emulsifying head. Due to the turbine effect of emulsifying head, the circulation of product in the mixing vessel is formed.
Low speed blade agitator helps to produce the laminar and turbulent flows in the product and provides the heat-exchange. The teflon (or silicon rubber) scrapers, which are fixed at the outer mixing frame of blade agitator, scrape off the material sticked to the inner wall of vessel.
Due to the high speed rotation of emulsifying head in combination with the effect of low speed blade agitator and scrapper rotating in different direction (forward and backward),, the mixture is processed by micro-grinding, smashing and dispersing of raw materials and the product can be homogenized completely without any "dead" corners in the mixing vessel. The various types of emulsifying head can be chosen depending on the different feature of products and requirements of customer.
