Description

Robosys Division is looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for robotics. The individual will be a part of a very challenging project to develop unmanned systems for various industries including defense, industrial and space.

Responsibilities

• Develop a control system to retrofit into older robots. This will entail completely replacing the control system of older robots with newly developed ones. The individual must have the knowledge of using a oscilloscope, must have knowledge of encoders and basic electrical knowledge to trace data signals.
• Program industrial robots and design and develop complete turn-key solutions for customers.
• Directly interface with customers to study the requirements and design and system
• Develop and implement inverse kinematic and trajectory planning algorithms
• Perform real time simulation of customer application

Requirements

• Masters in Robotics is preferred. Extensive course knowledge and projects in Robotics.
• Must be proficient in C/C++ and other programming languages.
• Knowledge of visual guided robotics is a plus.

Controlling the molding process is probably the most critical factor in the overall scope of providing world-class products. We have the latest machinery with programmable microprocessor available in our production department, which helps us achieve high quality standards. Our expertise in the different types of molds including hot runner and insert molding enables us to handle low or high volume production. Our injection moulded products rank among the top quality products in plastic processing. We follow international standards like DIN and ASTM. We are capable of manufacturing products from a variety of different plastics having a variety of different hardness and applications.

We specialize in manufacturing injection moulded plastic components using high quality engineering polymers (PEEK, PAEK, PC, Nylon 66, Torlon, PolySulphones, PPS etc).

For high precision small components, our manufacturing /production facility uses Arburg machines for best quality and precision. The production capacity of our machines ranges from 15 tonnes to 400 tonnes of clamping force.
