LTD., ,formerly known as ELECTROLS was established in July 1962, for manufacturing of Electronic Instrument and Control Panels for Textile Industry for measurement of Moisture, Speed, Temperature, Levels, etc. Since the Textile Industry was not Performing well the Company decided to Shift its activity for Manufacturing of Solid-State Electronic Instruments & Control Panels Like Audio- Visual Alarm Annunciators, Compresser Control Systems, Air Dryer Control Systems, Plant Control & interlock systems etc for Process Industries like Cement, Fertilizers, Oil, Chemicals etc Under the name and style of Piri Systems Pvt. Ltd from October1982.
It was during this phase that we faced acute shortage of good quality Electronic Hardware, Left with no option The Parent Company concentrated on the development of Electronic Hardware like UL listed Barrier Terminal Blocks, Indicator lights, Push buttons and DIN-Standard Enclosures in various Designs and sizes for use in Electronic & Electrical Industry.
