Lacquering Machines
This machine is used for spraying Lacquer inside the collapsible tubes/ cans and container. Lacquer is used to prevent any reaction between the filled ointment / liquid and aluminum, tube or container.
This machine is made from rigid fabricated body. It has a turret of aluminum having 32 cups as per customers requirement. The 32 cups Lacquering machine has two spray guns which are working pneumatically. The gun movements upwards and downwards Mechanically.

Coating Machine
The Body of this machine is made from special graded cast iron. Machine is provided with eight spindles. This machine is used for background coating on Tube.
Machine is having mechanical device to adjust layers of coating in the dug. To clean the dug mechanical device is provided to disengage the turret head without stopping the motor.
