BOSS-I-EAX is a totally automatic machine for pharmaceutical tablet/capsul strip cutting, inspection, counting and collation.

Application of the state of the art technology using VFD for speed control, PLC, operator interface for fault display, parameter setting, optical & fibre optic sensing devices, SMPS etc. ensures reliable & consistent repetitive oeration of the machine.

The machine is built from high precision components having the desired metallurgical and heat treatement characteristics, resulting in lower wear and tear, low maintainance and longer life.

BOSS-I-EAX is a robust, highly reliable, low maintainance, operator friendly machine having high productivity and efficiency with negligible rejections.

  • Fully automatic strip cutting , collating, counting and packing system.
  • Microprocessor based controller for inspecting, sorting and rejecting bad strips and automatic quality control.
  • Built in speed synchronisation unit tro match the sped of Boss-1 with that of the linked up strip packer.
  • Ideal for tablet, caplet and capsule strip packing.
  • Available in 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 track front facing.
  • Uto 80 cuts per minute.
