The Vacuum Tray Dryer is used for to dry any material, which is having moisture/solvent.
The Product laden trays are placed on the heating shelves provided in the chamber. Ensuring closure of the door, nitrogen purging is done for faster evacuation of air. Hot water/ Steam is supplied into the shelves and the chamber is applied with full vacuum. This principle is effective for temperature sensitive products and faster drying.

The Rotocone Vacuum dryer with improved technology integrates during operation under vacuum.
The rotocone Vacuum dryer facilitates enhanced drying efficiency, low temperature operation and economy of process by total solvent recovery. It helps GMP based working by achieving optimum dust control, while offering the advantages of efficient charging and discharging of materials. The Rotocone Vacuum dryer consist of a jacketed double conical shell rotating around 8 to 13 rpm with provision for application of vacuum inside the shell & circulation of heating media in the jacket during the rotation of the cone. The large heating surface area presented by the internals of the cone ensures uniform drying of the product, as the product quietly dropping while the cone rotates slowly. The diffusive action induced by the dropping cone constantly presents a fresh layer to come into contact with the indirectly heated wall of the shell.
The mechanical & rotary sealing systems used to enable maintaining of deep vacuum inside the shell, and also ensures positive circulation of a heating media in the jacket.
A suitably sized Condenser & receiver allow the solvent vapour to be totally condensed before being handled by the vacuum pump. In addition, provision for purging the inner shell of the cone with the suitable inert gas.

FLUID BED DRYER is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. The fresh air is heat by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidization and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Fluidization produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.
The air used for drying is filtered and gets heated in the Air Handling unit (AHU), which was having Prefilter (EU 4 Grade, 10 microns), Fine filters (EU 5 Grade, 5 microns), HEPA Filters (EU 13 Grade, 0.3 microns) and steam coil.
The hot air from the AHU is distributed evenly inside the driers. And moisture absorbed air will released to the atmosphere after proper filtration.
"Millennium Industries" Air Tray Dryer is fabricated out of rigid angle iron frame with double walled stainless steel panels insulated with best quality compressed Rock wool and with a rigid door fitted with strong hinges and best chosen locking arrangement. A control panel is fixed in line with the air Tray dryer body to facilitate the operation easily. It has a large working space and is available, the mirror finishing outside & inside also mirror finishing. It is manufacture completely from SS304 or SS316 ( As per customer requirement ) in GMP Model and Non-GMP Model contact parts are SS316/SS304, non contact parts are M.S with Paint.
The Air Drying are normally available with choice of heating mode, as electrically heated / steam heated. In electrically heated model, digital temperature controller provided. In steam heated model, digital temperature indicator is provided.
A highly effective recalculating air system is provided. The heated air is recalculated with fresh air in selected proportions for optimum drying. The system is designed so that the materials at the top & the bottom dry simultaneously. Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, which is suitably designed to cover wide temperature range, loading and unloading is faster and simple. In higher capacities trays trolley rolls in and out of the chamber. For continuous operation a spare trolley can be had for loading while the drying cycle is taking place.

The OCTAGONAL BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules and powder homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Octagonal Blender gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.
Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids, liquid form solid and for gradation of materials as per particle sizes. Vibration is generated in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The angle of lead of the lower weight to the upper weight provides variable screening pattern & output.
Multimill is a self contained portable unit useful for high speed Granulating, Pulverising, Mixing, Shredding, Chopping etc., a wide range of wet & dry materials without special attachments. Ascompared to the four common principles of size reduction, this machine utilises the principle of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges rotating with a carefully selected screen to contr ol reduction. Flow path of material in vertical rotor machine is streamlined.
During comminuting, material entering the chamber travels to the periphery and passes through the screen tangentially and radially avoiding choking and rise in temperature.
