The Advanced Sensors Oil-in-Water analyser uses Lased Induced Fluorescence (LIF) Technology. The Laser Induced Fluorescence technology is used to measure the oil in water. Advanced Sensors combines measurement technologies, such as ultrasonic, fluorescence and video microscopy to ensure analysers stay clean and provide precise readings. The probe contains two optical fibres. The First Optical fibre transmits the excitation light to the sample probe causing components associated with the oil to fluoresce. The second optical fibre captures and sends the fluorescence light to the internal analyser.
The Advanced Sensors Oil-in-Water Analyser do not require a sample handling system, have no membrane or filters, making it no maintenance and no calibration instrument.
