PID Soft Start controllers are especially designed for hot runner coil heaters and tubular heaters. It is very efficient and economical. Multi zone hot runner controllers are made by individual temperature controller modules assembled in a cabinet. Soft start facility in this controller will help evaporate any moisture present inside the heater. The coil heaters have MgO content, and are therefore hygroscopic in nature. If kept unused for long periods, there is moisture deposition on the terminals. So we recommend de-moisturizing the heaters by preheating at 100° C to 120°C using controllers with soft start functions.
Customer just provide basic information about products, number of cavities and polymer ; then we will manufacture and supply entire parts of manifolds and Hot sprue bush or straight shot nozzles. Use as many bolts as needed to maintain rigidity. Keep back plate clamping bolts close to manifolds without expose to direct heat.
Our Temperature Controllers are available in single zone up to twelve zone boxes.
Tubular Heaters are ideal for rough daily use, reliable and easy to maintain. Formed tubular heaters are available in round and square cross sections and various sizes and shapes as per manifold's design. These types of heaters are made of stainless steel or Nicolay with sheath diameter of 8 mm. The heating wire is helical wounded and made of high temperature resistant Ni-Cr alloy and the insulation consists of Magnesium Oxide (MgO). The connection ends are sealed with sealing components to protect the heater from moisture.
Heaters are available in square and rectangular cross sections and various sizes as per our Hot Tip Nozzles / Hot Sprue Series Model.
Manifold Blocks are made out of high thermal conductivity material. Block sizes are calculated according to the centre distance of number of cavities required. Thermal expansion and tubular heater wattage is calculated by the processing temperature of the specific polymers material. The spacers and insulation sheet all over the surface ensure minimal heat losses and prevent thermal influence on surrounding sectors. Manifolds are available in standard shapes - I, H, X, Y and in any realizable custom shape, the ranges of manifolds configurations as per mould concepts.

High Thermal conductivity hot tip nozzles are used in hot runner for easy filling under reduced pressure, so that there is proper consistency in moulding. Various types of hot tip nozzles are available for various applications.
Hot Sprue used for single cavity mould and hot tip nozzles are used for multiple cavity moulds and shot weight up to 2 kg. Generally two types of nozzle tips are available: Open gate nozzles and Torpedo gate nozzles. Torpedo gate nozzles are applicable where maximum gate finishing is required. Both the nozzles are useful for runner gates like Edge gate, Fan gate, Flash gate, Ring gate, Sprue gate and sub gate. Nozzle length up to 600 mm and diameter up to 32 mm are available.
Hot runner nozzles are the link to the cavity. They either directly gate into the part or into a sub runner which will lead into the cavity.
