Web Aligner Power Pack Unit

Krishna Engineering Works offers a comprehensive range of high quality Web Aligner Power Pack Unit for accurate guiding. We have been manufacturing and exporting from last 25 years for different industries with more than 8000 installations all over the world. We have capacity to supply 100-150 high quality units and position control system per month. It’s specially designed for different types of machine, also web guiding models available from 0.25 HP to 3 HP. We are also providing Cost-effective and high quality servicing, repairing of used system. In our Web Aligner, constant pressure generator produces constant pressure at a given head no pressure regulator is therefore required. Water, oil and scale contamination and other miscellaneous plant air problems are also avoided.

Tracking Roller Assemblies

Tracking Roller Assemblies manufacturer with accurate system with web guiding system. It consists of two rectangular steel tubing frames. One is stationary, the other is movable. it is supported in a nyalguide sliding block and arcuate bar system, and has ab idler roller at either end.

The web can be fed over the Tracking Roller Assemblies in A ‘U’ shaped path, reversing its direction of travel, or through the Tracking Roller Assemblies in a ‘Z’ configuration, maintaining the same direction of travel. It is insensitive to attitude and can even be mounted upside down. Solidly supported on all four corners by nylaguide bearings, it is not subject to deflections caused by cantilever stresses. Radial bearings are sealed, and linear bearings are self – cleaning and self – lubrication. The unit therefore requires no maintenance.
