  The Jyoti Group of Companies is a conglomeration of industrial units involved in manufacturing and marketing a wide range of electrical and hydraulic engineering equipment used extensively in the vital sectors of national and international economy.

  The Past

  Jyoti made a modest beginning, as an engineering department of Alembic Chemical Works Ltd. Vadodara, under the leadership of (late) Rajmitra Bhailalbhai Amin. In 1943, the engineering department blossomed into an independent Private Ltd. Company, starting with the manufacture of Hydraulic Pumps. Mr. Bhailalbhai Amin's vision of Jyoti was further shaped and moulded by his son (late) Mr. Nanubhai Amin whose conviction, perseverance and the unique ability to apply acquired knowledge guided Jyoti to the success path. Under his focused leadership, Jyoti grew into a multi-product, technologically advanced organization, powering the country's growth and shouldering social responsibilities for more than fifty years and continues to do so even now under the leadership of Mr. Rahulbhai Amin, s/o (late) Mr. Nanubhai Amin.
