The range of computerized equipment includes Rheometer, Tensile tester, Mooney Viscometer, Aging oven, Hydraulic press, pilot Mixing mill & Kneader etc. along with other peripheral and critical instruments required for all types of chemical and physical analysis.
 

Our Development department has access to advances in polymers, additives, technical engineering, continuous innovation, development of new product applications & process improvements. We have both the skills and the equipment to solve the most complicated problems and to engineer highly effective and state-of-the-art elastomer solutions for the end users. In the course of time many rubber-compounds have been developed and produced to meet the specific requirements of customers. The development is focused not only on the end product properties but also on the processability properties. If the required compound is not already available we can manage the complete development process for you. The “SUMMIT” rubber compounds are being used for the most diverse and demanding applications.
 

Design inputs can start with general temperature requirements to fluid- and aging resistance (refer Fig 1). Further refinement can be done using experience combined with experimental design techniques and state of the art analysis methods (Refer Fig 2).
 

Developed Formulations are not only customer specific, but also meet both the present and future stringent requirements regarding the presence of toxic and environmentally damaging substances.
