Introduction of composite V-A-W Meters by "Delta" in 1989 has been a runaway success;their large number in the field all over the Country bears testimony to their performance and reliability. "DELTA" have also been the pioneers of the Digital Wattmeters in the Country since 1982. Those electrical engineering industries which comply with BIS standards, they will find Composite V-A-W meters as a necessity. "DELTA" Control Engg.Corp. have introduced Digital Test Panel for checking electrical performance of lighting ballasts/ fixtures, single phase motors, appliances and hand tools etc. The Panel is designed to handle p.f. range from 0.04(lag) to unity.

The self-contained Panel obviates the need for one to fabricate his own test panel using umpteen different types of analog / digital instruments. The composite V-A-W Meter is Delta"s own innovation and the wattmeter can handle wide range of voltage, current, and p.f.

The Panel can test either ballasts alone for production QC or completed fixtures or any kind of motive / heating loads upto 8 Amp. The equipment is built in simple and rugged fashion; it can withstand momentory motor starting currents (up to 20A) without any damage.

SPECIFICATION:

Delta" have introduced new precision, compact & economic electrical testing. Module for small appliances/ motors, etc. It has built- in 2A variac with Delta"s innovative V- A- W Meter of ratings 250V/ 2.000A/ 200.0W (OR 500 W optional).
Mains frequency meter is provided especially for appliances like fans and also testing of magnetic ballasts. Specially designed overload protection MCB is an integral part of the Module. True- RMS version of the Module is also available for testing the input parameters of electronic ballasts.

MBPF-1 is Delta own development, signifying the ultimate in expertise that has been achieved in electrical parameters measurements.

MBPF-1 is one of the most advanced instruments of its kind, employing the latest microprocessor technology. The circuitry is used. An absolute accuracy of 1.0 degree in phase angle measurements assures the computed power factor be accuracy of measurement is independent of line frequency variations. 

MFC - 4 is a new generation of digital panel meters, utilizing the latest microcontroller technology. It computers frequency by very precise cycle width time measurements, also it has an elaborate noise discrimination algorithm.

The instrument can be connected by an optional RS-485 (MODBUS - RTU) output. Thus it can be used as a component of a data system.

MFC- 4 is precision instrument finding applications in Power Houses, Labs, Test Benches etc. The Instrument uses very high professional grade components offering unsurpassed reliability.

DELTA Digital Ohmmeter Mode DMZ-4 is designed keeping in mind the requirements of electrical equipment manufacturers. High accuracy and repeatability of results is achieved by precision constant current injection into object under test. This Ohmmeter is laboratory grade instrument, the performance of which cannot be matched by the most of commercial digital instrument.

" Delta" makes Earthing Compliance Test Panel for various appliances. This panel has high output impedance, adjustable current source 0 -30.0 A @ 6 V max. By measuring the mV-drop between earthing terminal of the plug & accessible metal part of the appliance body , earthing resistance has to be measured. Current to be passed depends on the standards specified for that appliance & the resistance has to be less than specified milliohms.

Over the last 32 years, Delta have supplied virtually thousands of custom-built-equipment. Various industries spanning from caustic soda plants, aluminum plants to electrical equipment mfrs. like switchgear, motor/pumps appliances etc. For switchgear division of L & T, we have fabricated a range of equipment to suit their testing needs.
