White Masterbatches
Calco Polychem’s range of white masterbatches has PE and PS as base polymers. Our masterbatches are made from high quality TiO2 to give excellent opacity and brightness without sacrificing functional requirements.
PE based grades show excellent performance in most critical requirements when used in Multilayer, monolayer HMHDPE and LLDPE rich films with excellent gloss and whiteness. Typically, these include moderate to high loading of pigments.
Calco Polychem’s premium grades White Masterbatch are made from carefully selected additives that ensure migration free film, without affecting coefficient of friction of the film. We also provide grades with a very high loading of pigment for excellent opacity and whiteness, without affecting other critical properties such as surface treatment, migration of additives and ease of processing at very high loading.
Black Masterbatch
It is also one of the largest selling color and has unlimited potential in the market. We use the best quality carbon black and have a range of over 100 black masterbatch formulations, some with carbon loading of upto 55% in different grades and shades. With the tendency of Carbon Black to form aggregates, also known as structure - the performance of black masterbatches primarily depends on the dispersion of carbon black in the carrier resin. We use specialty additives and processing aids, which causes carbon black to get easily and uniformly dispersed in carrier resin. Can be used in base materials like PE and PP.

Color Masterbatch
Calco has wide range of colored concentrates to be used in different plastic processors. These masterbatches are produced with maximum loading of high performance pigments. Select from our range of 1000’s colors or suggest us a new color or even give us any shade (including Pantone shade), we can develop it especially for you.
Special Effect Masterbatch
Fluorescent - Fluorescent masterbatches contain fluorescent pigments, which not only possess the colors it reflects but also emit fluorescent light in different colors. Fluorescent masterbatches are primarily used in products like toys, shopping bags, safety signs, various stationary products, cosmetics packaging.
Pearlescent – Pearlescent masterbatches contain pearl pigment that produce luster/sparkle effect and is available in various colors and particle size. Pearlescent masterbatch are primarily used in products like toys, cosmetic packaging, and molded products.
Marbles – Marble masterbatches are primarily used in furniture, household products. They possess marble and granite effect.
Metallic – Metallic masterbatch gives good metallic finish in silver, gold, bronze and different combination of colors. Different applications include laminated tarpaulin, automobile parts, shopping bags, electrical and electronics equipments.

Conductive Plastic
Conductive thermoplastic compounds offer reliability and value for applications that require dissipation of static and/or protection from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It offers electrical properties spanning the surface resistivity spectrum from 103 to 109 ohm/sq and formulated for injection molding or extrusion processing. Its applications include:

Anti Fibrillation
Anti Fibrillation compounds are used to prevent fibrillation in raffia tapes which occur due to high stretching during the production of tapes. It is also used to bring down the cost of final product. It is CaCo3 with fine particle size which prevents abrasion of equipments. Its applications include:

H Lene
H-Lene is produced by base polymer LLDPE/HDPE of high MFI and compounded with specialize fine (1-2 micron) particle mineral, Titanium-Di-Oxide, Binding Agents, strengthening co-polymer, Additives and Brighteners, Specialized chemicals etc. Its applications include:
