We diversified into sugar production in the year 2007, since then we have grown from strength to strength to become one of the fastest growing sugar producers.

It was our passion and commitment that in just a span of 6 months we were able to set up our first fully functional sugar mill at Baramati.

The total Crushing capacity of our plants is 12,000 MT cane per day and production capacity of 200,000 MT of sugar per annum.

Poultry has been our pioneering endeavor which started over 25 years back. No wonder people call us chicken experts and we claim with pride, 'We know our chicken because we grow our chicken'.

With our own parent farms, hatchery, feed mills and chicken processing plant, we have complete control on all the process parameters at different stages resulting in superior quality chicken and chicken products. We use top of the line raw materials and test the finished products for their homogeneity and performances.

We have 2,50,000 laying parent birds and the hatching capacity of 36 million eggs per annum. The average chicken placement per annum is 32.4 million.

Baramati Agro has played a pivotal role in changing the lives and livelihood of the farmers in Maharashtra. Today we have over 1500 farmer members and 3000 contract broiler farms.

We manufacture superior quality Extra Neutral Alcohol & Anhydrous Alcohol. We have our 60 KLPD molasses based distillery is equipped to produce Rectified Spirit, Extra Neutral Alcohol and Anhydrous Alcohol.

This distillery is located in Western Maharashtra, about 100kms from Pune at Shetphalgadhe, District :Indapur.

The distillery is operational for about 270 days in a year and uses molasses as the raw material which are sourced from our own and other co-operative sugar factories.

We have an annual Ethanol production capacity of 54 million liters of Anhydrous and 16.2 million liters of Hydrous Ethanol.

We also have a state of the art facility of 10 million litres.

Our units are ISO 22000:2010 and ISO 9001:2008 certified.

We have a state-of-the-art chicken processing facility with an annual capacity of 6600 MT.

We also have a well-equipped product innovation centre for research and product development with a team of food technologists, nutritionists and chefs and are a leading player of processed and raw chicken under the brand name :Delicious. ISO 22000:2010 Certified.

We have two co-generation units with a capacity to produce 36.75 MW power from renewable resources. The power thus generated by us is used for captive consumption as well as sold to State grids in Maharashtra.

We produce power from Bagasse, which is used as fuel for steam generation in boilers (quantity 120 TPH.)

The steam from the co-generation boiler is used by steam turbines to generate power.

We use backward integration with farmers for procurement of milk and initiation of chilling centres.

We have launched fresh milk in poly pouches under the brand name Freshious and our efficient distribution mechanism ensures delivery of milk to your doorstep within 24 hrs.

Our effective waste management initiatives show our commitment towards the environment.

Not only we maintain zero effluent plants, even the by-products of our sugar units and distilleries are processed and converted into nutrient rich manure. This in turn is distributed to farmers to enrich their farmlands. Many other initiatives to enrich soil with bio-nutrients are also regularly practiced.

Fresh fruits and vegetables is our latest endeavor in line with our philosophy of Linking the Basics.
