Ashwini Hard Chrome Pvt. Ltd. has built a highly sophisticated process unit for Hard Chrome Plating. Hard Chrome Plating is the process with which the part demonstrates excellent hardness and lubricity, and is the first engineering choice to reduce friction, minimize wear, surface protection and improve service life. Electro-deposited Chrome surface is extremely hard to the extent of 850 - 1050 HV (63 - 70 HRc). This makes it an excellent surface for wear resistant and abrasion resistant for applications such as Moulds and Dies, Punches, Bearing and Seal surfaces, and sliding components. .
