Modular Clean Room Walls, Panels & Flush Doors |
Airtech's Modular Wall panels are made out of Double Skin Panels of PCGI (Pre-coated or Powder Coated Gl) with inner & outer skin of 0.6 to 0.8 mm as standard thickness. The wall panels are of 1200mm, 1000mm & 900mm as standard width. Panel Thickness varies from 50mm / 60mm / 80mm / 100mm with provision for PVC conduits for Electrical cables and panels of 80mm/100mm are specially designed to carry return Air Ducts / Built in Risers. Panel height can be adjusted to 4000mm with provision for stackable panels.. Modular Ceiling Panels Insulation Material This foam is injected under high Pressure with Precise Ratio & Proportion to maintain the PUF density between 38 to 42 Kg/m3. OR Bonded Mineral wool or Rockwool insulation of various thickness ranging from 50mm to 100mm is sandwiched between the outer & Inner skins and is properly sealed from the exterior by Aluminium or G.I. Profiles. Covings |
Modular Clean Room Flush Doors
Airtech's Double skin door are made in G.I. Powder Coated or G.I. Polyurethane coated. Flush Doors are of 50 mm thickness filled with PUF or Honey comb paper. The door frame is of Aluminium Powder coated construction with 1.2 mm thickness. Doors are available with standard accessories as under:
Door Interlocking System
The access to the production area and ingredient store in pharmaceutical industry is through the airlock / change room. The airflow and pressurization is maintained in the airlock / change room to minimize microbiological and particulate contamination. In addition to maintenance of airflow and pressurization, the goods manufacturing practice guidelines of various agencies around the world suggests only one door be opened at one time , either by procedure or by providing a door inter locking system. . The procedure calls for dependence on manpower and it is difficult to ensure that the procedure is followed. An electronic door interlocking system can be considered to prevent simultaneous opening of doors of same room.
Airtech's Horizontal Laminar Air flow workstations are self-contained, multipurpose vibration free and they function effectively in an uncontrolled area. These units provide class 100 Horizontal laminar airflow in an operator workstation environment HEPA filters used are 99.97% efficient, down to a particle size of 0.3 microns.
Reverse Flow Powder Containment Booth
Airtech's Reverse flow laminar units are recommended for mixing, weighing & dispensing of powder avoiding distribution of powder particles throughout the work area. The reverse flow-scavenging pre-filter at the bottom at the bottom level / table level ensures that aerosolysed particles are picked up at the source without being allowed to disperse into the area.
Available in complete SS -304 (GMP model) / CRCA powder coated constructions.
Door Interlocking System in Pass Boxes:
The Pass Box inter locking system controls the sequential locking and release of the doors and controls the Blower, U.V. Tube. The user has to pull / push the door to open and pass through the door. The closing of the door is manual or ideally through a closure mechanism. In normal condition, both the doors should be in locked state. any door can open by pressing switch of keypad shows the status of operation. Various audio / visual indications indicates status of operations or any problem occurs in the operations.
Available in complete SS -304 (GMP model) / CRCA powder coated constructions. Custom build requirements can be met.
Airtech's Air Showers are self contained chambers installed at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled environments. They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space. Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are scrubbed by high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets with velocities of 20-22m/s (4000-4300fpm). Contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.
Cleanroom Applications: The greatest source of particulate contamination in a cleanroom is the operator . Air showers are installed between change areas and the cleanroom. The air shower enhances cleanroom operating protocol by serving as a reminder to all operators that they are entering a controlled environment. Personnel therefore develop the habit of gowning up properly before entering the air shower . |
