It was found by him that major Raw Materials of Welding Electrodes is Steel wire. The Carbon & Sulphur plays a very important and crucial role in the welding electrodes to maintain the quality and must be essential to have metal testing laboratory.
Along with marketing of welding electrodes, other accessories he also worked on developing laboratory equipment indigenously specially for Indian Welding Electrode Manufacturer for improving the quality standards particularly with reasonable cost to compete the other manufacturers as major raw materials are easily available in the country.
