One of the challenges all developers today face in India in regards to window grills is absence of a factory finished product which can give them adequate strength, longevity, pleasant aesthetics and most importantly tailored to the required sizes. In such a scenario, window grills have to be made of un-galvanized mild steel by welding on the site, on which cheap coating material is applied. This process is unable to prevent rusting which weakens the window grills in a few months, apart from resulting in very poor aesthetics. Also the product becomes labour intensive.
