Electronic Enterprises (India) Pvt. Ltd. is owned and managed by Technocrats. It has been in operation since 1952 as Electronic Enterprises, then a Proprietary Firm. In 1974, the firm was taken over and converted into Partnership Firm. In 1995, it was decided to change the constitution to a Private Limited Company to open new avenues for expansion.

Over the years, the company has built up a reputation of sound and transparent business practices, efficient services after sales and unfailing courtesy. The company offers top quality Electronic Components, Test Instruments, Nuclear Detectors and Instruments, and Scientific Instruments, Semiconductor Machinery, Materials etc. As a result, it is hard to find out any research & development establishment, defence organization, university or a major industry which does not know Electronic Enterprises (I) Pvt. Ltd.

Para Electronics – Manufacturing Division 

Para Electronics (India) Private Limited, a sister concern started by the Directors in 1978 to manufacture industrial and nuclear instruments has now been merged in Electronic Enterprises (India) Pvt. Ltd as its Manufacturing Division. With globalization moving apace in India, the merger provides synergies between the marketing and manufacturing activities. It also enables efficient utilization of technical and administrative expertise.

Since last 25 years, PARA Electronics has been providing Indian customers, many quality products. New developments, innovative approach and flexibility in adapting to customer requirements, have been the principle guidelines in growth of the company. Strict quality control at each manufacturing stage and development of quality culture amongst the working group has been the main achievement over the years.
