CHILPAK Thermal blankets contains special Eutectic jelly which maintains temperature of freezer during power failure. Available in sizes suitable to freezer capacity 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 lit (To be used on top inside the freezer)
Instruction for use :
Freeze the mat in your freezer. Do not remove from freezer.
Keep frozen mat on top of your frozen products inside freezer.
Eutectic pouches for freeze manufacturers
Special glycol pouches for freeze manufacturers in various flexible pouches are made from tough, durable polyethylene and wrapped with metallic finish polyester film. Heat welded seams to ensure maximum resistance to punctures and tears.
Suitable for tank in tank glycol freezer. With freezing point below - 40 deg.C.
Flexible pouches are easy to paste. Low cost and low weight.
